II Symposium on Contactology with International Participation

On May 18, 2012, the 2nd Symposium on Contactology with International Participation—”CONTACT LENSES TODAY”—was held at the Hotel M Best Western in Belgrade. The symposium was opened by the President of COLSS, Prim. Mag. Sci. Dr. Valentina Dimitrijević. Special guest speakers included Dr. René Mély, President of the European Contact Lens Society of Ophthalmologists (ECLSO), and Prof. Dr. Christina Grupcheva.

Domestic and foreign lecturers of international renown gave the symposium a unique character and provided an excellent opportunity to acquire new knowledge in contactology. Through their presentations, they shared modern perspectives on contact lens fitting for patients of all ages, from infants to presbyopes.
